what is the price?
Different style/materials different price. It also depends on your order quantities, bigger quantity always means lower price.

What is the sample Leadtime?
Some samples are immediately available on request. For new samples OR custom style, the normal sample lead time is 10-20 days. For samples with customized new soles/moulds then need 20-25days extra for making new moulds.

What is the production leadtime?
Normal production lead time is 25-35days. Our factory’s capacity is 300000 pairs per month, but we have orders in line. For big order and special testing requirements, you need to check the production lead time with us.

Have you passed any Audit?
Yes our factory has BSCI audit.

What is the terms of payment?
We accept T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL) or L/C at sight.

What is the MOQ?
Normally the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1000pairs per color per size rang per style for sports shoes/sandal.For the other shoes,pls contact us
for details.

Do I need to pay for samples?
Normally yes, new clients need to pay for sample fee. Sample fee can be refund after you place mass order.
For special case, you can contact us to discuss about the sharing of sample fee.After you become regular
customer,we will not charge for sample fee of development sample.

What is the packing?
We could do any packing based on client’s requirements.
OEM and ODM service offered. We can customize according to your requirements, for instance, brand name, logo, color, size, packaging, etc, you can design your own footwear.
Our professional sales and R&D team understand the client’s idea and makes the samples soon.
Our skilled workers make the goods in good quality and in time.

How to guarantee the quality ?
We have own QC team to inspect the goods from the sample to bulk production.Also we welcome Customer's QC or third party inspection company
to check the production.

What is your port to ship the shoes?
We normally ship the shoes from xiamen .But we can
also ship the shoes from other city according to customer's requirement.
